Hi, The catastrophic backup (farm backup) does not contain an overwrite parameter unfortunately. The good news is that this can still be done. There are a couple free backup utilities that individuals have developed which helps scheduling rolling backups. The one I have downloaded the source code and have customized to fit my needs is located here: http://sp2007backuputility.codeplex.com/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ReleaseId=15295 By default this one overwrites the first backup taken on the 7th day and continues that cycle.
