Sequence of export operation - FIM MA
Hello,
Is there a way to set up FIM MA to process Adds before Updates and vis versa? How does FIM MA make a decision in what to process first (add or updates)?
Thank you.

There is no way to configure the processing order.
However, you can't also run into a case where an update is processed prior to an add because a connector space object is a combined view of changes that are staged for an object.
What issue are you trying to solve?

Hi Markus,
We ran into an issue during FIM MA export where the FIM Service transaction log became full. A large number of DREs (approx. 30,000) were in a state that FIM MA couldn't export them; they would give a SQL query time out on a different rdn every time we attempt
to run FIM MA export.
In order to correct the state of these objects we ran a full sync on the authorative system where DREs are being checked for existence. The full sync on that system queued up a large number of updates to FIM MA (since we never confirmed the successful updates
on FIM MA in our previous run); within FIM MA there were approx 17,000 objects to be Added. I was hoping to see the Adds go through, first, and then the updates.
Thank you.
