Service HTTP SSL cannot start
Hallo gents
I am trying to make a reporting service (2005 Enterprise Edition) up and running on one of our servers. However, when I tried to start in the IIS manager the "default web site" which is stopped, I got an error message "the service did not respond
to the start or control request in a timely fashion". I did some googling on this issue and some posts suggest that both IIS Admin and HTTP SSL services should be up and running. And I checked on my server that only IIS Admin is started. So I tried to start
HTTP SSL but failed with another error message "Could not start the HTTP SSL service on Local Computer. Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified".
I hope someone has already encountered this error before and don't mind sharing with the rest of us. The server is Windows 2003 and I am in the role of local admin.
Any inputs from you are extremely welcome.

Another thing to add:
The service HTTP is also already running fine there.

The whole issue was solved by a reboot. Although it took us a while since it is a prod server.
