Sets based on Expected Rules List
Is it possible to create a set that contains all people that got a certain synchronization rule in their Expexted Rules List?
For example users that have "AD User Synchronization Rule".
It seems that filter "Expected Rules List contains AD Synchronization Rule" returns no users
but filter "Expected Rules List not contains AD Synchronization Rule" returns all users

The short answer is no, using EREs and ERLs in Set definitions is not supported.
However, you can use DREs / DRLs.
