Setting up meeting workspace persistance.
How would I set a meeting workspace for a recurring calendar event to be persistant?Currently, I have a recurring event set up for Fridays at 5:30pm. I set up a meeting workspace for that meeting however each date is seperate, the tasks, agenda, documents, etc do not carry over. Many of the topics discussed in our meetings are long term goals and it would be a huge waste of time to re-type the items for every meeting. Can I set up a future meetings to be persistant without affecting previous meetings?Thank you!

Update:As a temporary solution, I set up a meeting workspace that was not attached to the calendar events. However, I really like the idea of each specific meeting having its own meeting workspace. This allows us to easily show our progress over time and acts as a place to store meeting minutes. Can I store those meeting workspaces (or links to the meeting workspaces) in a list?I am still searching for a solution; please, SharePoint experts, guide me! James Grizzle

Ok, so many months later - but I'm new to sharepoint and having the same 'problem'. I want to be able to set up different types of meetings eg Staff Mtgs and Planning mtgs and lets say, Other meetings and then within these keep a list and library of Agendas,
minutes, discussions for EACH meeting that takes place. Something like
Staff Mtgs
July
Agenda
Minutes
August
Agenda
Minutes etc
Planning Meetings
070710
Agenda
Minutes
210710 etc
Can I do this?
