We have several lists that require the new items to be approved before being acted upon. However, after they are approved, when the user that is assigned the item marks it as complete or adds comments, the item reverts to Pending. How can we tell it that Approved means Approved? Thanks.

Hi, Are there two workflows in the list? One is content approval workflow (Posts> settings -> Versioning Settings>require content approval for submitted items? - YES) and one is custom approve workflow (Posts settings ->Workflow settings> add an approval workflow). In my case, there is NO workflow associated with the list. But after an item is approved and the person assigned to the task updates the list item, it reverts to PENDING. Once approved I would expect the item to remain APPROVED. Suggestions?
