I just installed MS 2010. When I started Sharepoint, it prompted me to create an account. When I clicked next to create the account, I got an error message saying "SharePoint has encountered and error and has to shut down". I am not able to pass this point. I am running microsoft xp on my computer. any help will be appreciated. thanks Al
