Shared Version of a page
Hi,
I have created a new team site for my SharePoint 2007 application. The default.aspx of the same is opening in Shared version i.e, I am getting this message : "You are editting a shared version of this page". How can i make the site default page as published
so that the changes made by me are visible to other users.
Regards
Mayoori

This just means that you're editing a version of a page that will be seen by others. The changes you make will be seen by all once you exit edit mode.Paul Turner http://redmanta.co.uk/blog Twitter:

HI,
As the message itself specifies that whatever changes you will carry out here will be available to all users. So once you edit a page and carry out the changes these will be available to all users. Thanks, Rahul Rashu
