I have three different sharepoint lists that I have exported to an excel document on different tabs. I then do a lot of customized forumlas and formatting and the idea is that I can just open the document ine xcel, click refresh all from the data tab and everything updates. This works fine whenever I am the person doing the refresh. However when anyoe else attempts to issue the refresh they get the following error: "an unexpected error has occurred. changes to your data cannot be saved " Any ideas? I assume it might be something to do with the data connection definitions, but I can not find a solution
