We have leveraged the web content authoring experience of MOSS 2007 for building CMS application for one of our client. But, currently we/users are facing some performance slow down in the site whenever we try to edit/view a content page. We have 90 sites within the site collection. Every site has around 100-200 items. We have designed the Publishing page with nearly 1000 controls. While it takes upto 3 KB size on creating the item, subsequent content updation increase the size to 30 KB(Versioning enabled). Pages library size is 10 MB. We have installed the MOSS 2007 SP3 in win 2003 64 bit machine with SQL Server 2005 as database. Any suggestion on possible issues will be helpful. soundar
