Hi I have a mailing label report with 10 detail rows saw D1, D2, .. D10 Normally records will be listed in reports as follows. D1 D2 D3 ... D10. But i want it to be listed as D1 D2 D3 D4 ...... D9 D10. Is there a possiblity to split detail portion into 2 so that details get listed in above manner. I have done similar report in Crystal reports by splitting detail portion. How far it is possible in SSRS? Thanks Ravi.S

This can be done by adding a rank or running number to each of your details in the query.
