State View showing agents DOWN/Unresponsive
I created a state view with target of Health Service Watcher, and specific health state of Critical (there is no choice for gray state). But the result does not show all agents that are down (in gray state) and does not show any Linux computers that are down. I really need this view. What am I doing wrong?

hi There is an out of the box dashboard view under OperationsManager for agents which includes this information. Do you need more info than this dashboard? Cheers GrahamView OpsMgr tips and tricks at http://systemcentersolutions.wordpress.com/

Thanks Graham. I am looking at Monitoring - Operations Manager - Agent - Agent Health State, and it still shows agents and state. If I sort on state it doesn't bring all down or unresponsive server to one place, it is still scattered. And, it doesn't show Linux agents. Is there another view I missed?

hi, Create dynamic goup in which your all linux and windows health service watcher will come. And go for new state view and target this group. And in severity choose critical and Grey. This might resolve your problem.Omkar umarani SCOM STUDENT
