How to stop Editing a Site page using SharePoint Designer?

It is required for single page not for entire site collection.

Break the permissions on that page and set everyone to read only on that page.  SPD will mirror your permissions in the site collection, so read only should stop people being able to edit this page.

Please note that this won't work with site collection administrators.
