Hi,
I understand that you mean system account appears in every group of your site while you didn’t add it in .I suggest doing the following to test .
1. What is the application pool account for this site ?And what account do you use to log in ? Are they the same account
? If so in the top-right links area ,it will show ‘welcome system account’ .
2. Create a new group to check whether the system account appears in it too.
3.
If it is not in the new group ,then it is not automatically added in .You can delete system account in other groups by doing :Actions>Remove users from group .
