System Center 2012 Installation Variations

We are planning a deployment of SC2012 but we are still not sure exactly how many servers we need for the suite. I have currently projected 4 VMs (one for each element of the suite) that contain 16gb RAM, 2 - 4 core processors, and a 40gb disk. The SQL server will house all of the required DBs on a persistent 200gb drive for all of the SC Suite. Our company has a total of around 300 users and 500 machines so the scale of the deployment is not as large as some other companies.

The problem is the Orchestrator install. Do we need a stand-alone server for this element of the suite, or can it be installed on the Config, Service, or Ops server.

Note: We have ran through the planning documents and that is how we came up with the 4 virtual servers. Unable to find a document that gives different install variations.
