Hi all,

When i generate the count of instances of specified software registered with Add or Remove Programs i receive mismach information. For example i have generated the above report and in the filter i put Microsoft Visio.

The count column (2nd) says that 8 computers that have Microsoft Visio 2007:

but when i click it shows me 4 computers.

Do you know what the hell is happening? Thanks in advance.

The problem is the way Office records itself within the ARP. This is a known issue and it can't be easily fixed by CM12. there are tricks that you can do but it requires you to modify the reports and manually filter out the duplicate entries.
