Tenure of Data on SLA Dashboard
Hey Team,
We have installed and configure SLA Dashboard and implemented Service Level trackings. All the view on the Dashboards are fine. We have completed this task 18 months back. Now when ever i try to change the ddashboard default view to last Quater or last year
it is displaying as "Unable to Display Due to Insufficient Data" not sure how resolve the issue.

Hi,
What are your setting for the datawarehouse. How long are storing the data in datawate house.
Can you create report from Service Level that are from last quater or last year?

i tried generate a report on the availability and i am gettign the report from last year. can you guide me more on checking the setting of the datawarehouse please.

with the help the link i tried to gather the information of the grooming settings by running the following SQL query: <tt>SELECT AggregationIntervalDurationMinutes, BuildAggregationStoredProcedureName, GroomStoredProcedureName, MaxDataAgeDays, GroomingIntervalMinutes,
MaxRowsToGroom FROM StandardDatasetAggregation</tt>
