The identity lifecycle manager service has stopped
Hi,Since a few days I'm getting this error after changing some attribute mappings in an outbound sync rule. When running a full sync on the ILM MA the ilm services stops. If a undo the changes on the sync rule the run a full import and full sync the error is gone.Has anyone elseencountered this problem? In the app log I get this error:
"Faulting application miiserver.exe, version 4.0.2173.0, time stamp 0x4906670b, faulting module mmsutils.dll, version 4.0.2173.0, time stamp 0x490666fe, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x000000000000b19f, process id 0x%9, application start time 0x%10."

There were a lot of issues in RC0... The most likely one your are encoutering was with putting in string values.. Try putting your string in a Trim function...EricEric

Another cause of crashes with RC0 was using a join rule with an object type of "Any".AhmadAW

Thank you both for your answers. The problem was flowing a descrition attribute for a group. I seems that in the portal the data type is a string while in AD that is a multivalued attribute. I converted it to a string by concatenating with an empty string and although the sync rule accepted is the sync engine didn't. Toni
