Testing Remote Tools and Remote Desktop from SCCM console to Windows 7 machines with Firewall on. Per document http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb694088.aspx have opened TCP ports 2701,2702 and 135 and can Remote Tools fine But can't get remote desktop to work. definitely Firewall isue bacause if I move the Computer object and turn Firewall off its ok Doc says to allow helpsvc.exe but I cannot find this file - it is not in pchealth subdirectory - is this the key ?Ian Burnell, London (UK)
