I am unable to open Event logs, Windows defender and several other services. "Network Diagnostics" cannot run because "Diagnostics Policy Service" is not running. Then a window appears that says "Open Service Control Manager" so I can manually start "Diagnostics Policy Service" I click ok, and I am directed to "Services"(local). I attempt to start "Diagnostics Policy Service" and it won't run. I've been trouble shooting unsuccessfully for a couple of weeks. Help!!! Sheryl A Yates
