Hi Can I confirm there is no "quick" way to go from the 120 day eval of FIM2010 to the full version ? Would an in-place upgrade work or does the eval need to be removed and the full version installed ? Thanks

The truth is sort of in the middle of it. You need your encryption keys to reuse the databases. In this case, the upgrade is relativley painless. While you have to go through the configuration process, you can still reuse everything you have created with the eval version.
