Hi All,

Uploading a documents in document library, I want to add radio buttons on custom upload form to select "Current Folder"

or "Select Folder" to upload the document to a specific folder.

OR

Choose a destination folder in upload form in SharePoint 2007.

How can I achieve that?

Hi All,

I have solved this issue.

I  have created a application page.Following is snap.

On Select Folder radio button i have write jquery to open a dialog box and that dialog box loaded with document library folder and sub folder with Treeview structure.

On Treeview child node selected value path pass to the upload location on upload button.

Balaji,

I am trying to create a job application process in Sharepoint that automatically uploads applicant resumes to specific department folders.  Is it possible in Sharepoint to designate when someone completes a form and attaches their resume to direct the upload to a folder based on the position their applying to.  I think your post here is pointing me in the right direction but I'm not seeing how you accomplished what you did.
