Hi all, We are running Sharepoint on an SBS server, as part of a "companyweb" page. Within the Shared Docs area, there is a folder named "Finance" with full access permisisons for all users, with a subfolder named "Confidential Finances", which is full access for key staff members only, and no view permissions for all others. There are several subfolders within the Confidential Finances folder. One of them is called "Alchemy". When our finance member of staff (who has full access permission) tries to upload a document into "Alchemy", she finds that within 24 hours this file has moved into the "Finance" folder, which everyone has access to. Obviously as this is a confidential folder, she is very concerned that files are migrating to public areas seemingly by themselves. When uploading into other confidential subfolders, this issue is not present. When I use the admin account to upload a file into the Alchemy folder, it seems to stay where I put it. Update. I've solved the problem by switching to shared folders for this kind of file structure... So not solved, but worked aroundMike Oke MCTS, MCITP (Windows 7)
