Hello, In SCOM 2007 R2, I see all of my web sites in the State View, but when I go to the performance view I see no counters. This is also true when I try to run reports. My setup is that I am using host headers on my web servers. Is it because I am not using DNS for each web site that I am not seeing these counters? Thanks

Gerald, if you are using the monitoring template in the Authoring space to setup your URL monitoring, you want to mark the checkbox at the end of the wizard to configure additional options, as buried in there are the performance counter options, most of which are de-selected by default. If you go to the Authoring space, you can right click an existing URL monitor, get to these properties and enable the counters if you wish.
