Hi, I have a question. I am able to create KPI list and KPI performance web part. However, I want KPI web part to display in a different way. I have a grouped view for one of the projects and then I did totals in that view. Can I just create a web part for the grouped view, it has to display just group name and then totals in correspnding columns. Also, I want to display status indicator in the grouped view. Hello Krishna , Thank you for your post. It seems that you want to have a custom view which would have a summed up KPI and based on threshold would have the indicator displayed. We would recommend to use OOB PerformancePoint Dashboard designer to design the scorecard and have an objective KPI. Add the value KPI as child KPI with summation on objective KPI and configure calculation/ threshold configured as per requirement to show indicators accordingly. This would handle all kind of complex requirement which might raise in future at same time no customization is needed. These scorecard would get deployed through a Dashboard on SharePoint site can be used for their reports and sharing.
