Hi,

I was making a test with a trial version of Windows Intune and trying to add an Android mobile phone to the list of devices.

I installed the Android Intune Company Portal app from the Google Play site on the phone, and tried to enroll the phone.

While enrolling I got an error on the phone just saying that "it is not possible to enroll this device, contact your system administrator", or something similar (I do not recall exactly what the error said).

So now I want to remove the app from the phone, as this is a personal phone of a colleague of mine, that he was helpful enough to let me try and use it for this purpose...

The problem is that, in the Intune Management Console, I have no mobile devices enrolled, and so, I do not see his device. But on the phone we also seem to not be able to remove the sw. It says that has to be removed by an administrator, and the "uninstall" button is unavailable...

My friend is a little pissed off with me at the moment :(...

Can anyone advise me on how to remove the sw from his phone?
