NOt all the time do i get to ask this weird type opf question but when i have a picloaded in the windows picture and fax viewer for Win XP it wont allow me to rotate pictures. I do have an image editor like paint.net but having to do more than 20 is painstaking so im wondering how to fix this issue or how to find a new version somehow and reinstall...if this is possible please let me know...
