If it is package number BNH00025 just delete it from the DP, and the add it again.. You do not have to remove it from SCCM... It might not be the solution to your problem, but at least it will eliminate on possible error.Michael Petersen blog: http://blog.coretech.dk/mip

if the above doesn't help check your network state when the failure occurs (during apply operating system step), press F8 and see if ipconfig reveals that you have a working IP address, i've seen times when the apply operating system step fails due to the network going down during that step and effectively loosing ip address, please confirm this My step by step SCCM Guides I'm on Twitter > ncbrady

Hi, just checking. Did you configure a Network Access Account? You can set this one in the Configmgr Console under Site Management/Site Settings/(your site)/Client Agents/Computer Client Agent Properties. I believe the first step of the capture is to check from the OS that it can reach the path to capture.
