add Date/User to Knowledge.dot (Company Knowledge Template)
Hi there! Has anybody an idea how to add date/time and username to the company knowledge by default? I tried to modify the knowledge.dot and added the fields DATE \@ "M/d/yyyy h:mm am/pm" and USERNAME to the template. When I open the template now using the ops console I can see the correct data within instead of this field codes but after save and close Word it does not view it correctly any more. Any idea for that? Thanks in advance, Patrick

Hi Nicholas! Unfortunately that is not what I am searching for. I would like to edit the template of the company knowledge so that date/time and name of the editor is automatically added/updated to the article when it will be opened to edit the operations manager company knowledge. I know about prerequisites and so on and the customer can add his own articles of course but I like to use my own template - what does not work as expected. Thanks, Patrick0101001101111001011100110111010001100101011011010100001101100101011011100111010 All information is provided "as is" without any warranty! Try in lab before. Handle with care in production.
