bat script for moving files

hi,

I have a lot of log files that creates every dag. I need a scritp that creates a folder with name as current date. move the files that are from the same date to the folder that has same date as the logfiles. Removes folders that are older than 5 days. I alls should have only 5 folders in my directory everyday.

I have found some scripts that does some part of this but I can not find any script that does all the steps I need. Does anybody have a script fo solve my problem?
