you can target the operating system first -mean - if your exchange servers runing windows 2008 you will need to make overrides for Windows 2008 monitors, if it runing windows 2003 you will need to modify the monitors under windows 2003, then go to monitors
and look for the operating system type If you expand each of the types, you’ll find the monitor named logical disk free space change the threshold value and save it as overrides for specific object of type (operating system type) you will find
all servers that have agents for scom and running this operating system so shoose your exchange servers and apply this overrides on it.

Which version of Exchange are you monitoring ? The Exchange 2007 MP has its own disk space monitoring.

I am trying to create a disk space override for the Exchange 2007 Computer Group for
Logical Disk Free Space
If I want to send an alert when the logical disk drops below 50%
should I select
WArning % Threshold for Non-System Drives and set them to 50%?
The default value looks to be at 10%

If you only want to use the % threshold, then you can adjust the % threshold to 50% and the MB threshold to 1024000.HTH, Jonathan Almquist - MSFT
