Hi, I have a drill down enabled reports created in SSRS 2008. is it possible to send the reports (subscription) and still enabled the drill down? because when i send the report and the format is HTML, the drilldown doesnt work on email. any idea what to do to enable this? or is it just impossible :) thanks!AddinGanteng

Hi, based on this documentation: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd255269.aspx an exported reports to MHTML, the interactions are the same when we viewed in Report Manager. it doesn't works on mine. Here's what i do to check: 1. Run the report 2. Export it to MHTML format 3. The report items whose visibility can be toggled by another item doesn't shows up, even i cannot see the +/- signs this is also what happens when i send it to my mailbox through subscription and choose the format to MHTML any clue? thanks!AddinGanteng

Hi Addin, Generally, when we view reports in Report Manager, the HTML rendering extension is the default rendering extension for reports. The interactive toggling is support in HTML rendering extensions so that we can click expand and collapse icons to view sections of a report. From your description, I can reproduce this issue. When export the drill-down report to MHTML format or create a subscription and choose the MHTML render format for it, the expand and collapse icons are missing. Based on my research, the interactive toggling is only support in HTML or Excel rendering extension. Hi, You need to work on InitialToggleProperty + keep your report in expand all format while sending for mail. For that keep visibility SHOW and Select appropriate toggle Item Due to this you will get +/- signs also adn Exapanded reoprt. Regards, Amey
