enabled tracing -Connector
Hi,
I found a new issue in the connector. The connector was working without any issues but today we ran into a problem that, the alert forwarded to OV (openview unix) is acknowledged but it did not close in the scom console. But for every repeat count value
the alert is generating a new alert ID.
Doubting that, the connector is not able to update in scom? or it did not get the value from Ov connector?

I found a clue, the connector service in the OVO side is restarting everytime... Not sure what might be the problem.
