Well. The report on the screen show 8 pages to print, but it prints 16 because every other page is a header. Gaurav I sent you screen shots to your blog email you had www.helixpoint.com

Please uncheck "Show header on each page".

Can you check the page width, report width along with the margins? The report width + margins should be less than or equal to the page width, else the extra space would spill over as a new page....
