file replication permission issues

after migrating many packages from our SCCM 2007 infrastructure to 2012 i start to see a lot of permission issues on the distribution point. currently all packages which will be used during our OSD task sequence are enabled for shared access to reduce the time needed for the installation (direct access instead of downloading). After replicating the packages to multiple DPs i've encountered some wrong permissions on some of the files within those packages. certain files have the permission changed to read-only and not "read & execute". this is not a real problem if you want to download the files and execute them locally but it certainly fails for installations which should be started directly from the DP-share.

the strange thing is that i couldn't find a pattern which causes this issue yet. it happens somehow random. am i the only one who has this issue or can someone else confirm this?

Since no one has answer this post, I recommend opening  a support case with CSS as they can work with you to solve this problem.
