got the answer... It was displaying 0 for group which does not satisfy the condition and would not display... solution is in chart properties in the data tab, edit the group and type that if count is 0 then display blank... some thing like... =IIF( Count(Fields!DisplayAnswer.Value) = 0, "",Count(Fields!DisplayAnswer.Value))
