Personal views, by definition, are only visible to the end user who created them; an administrator cannot access or change them. The user can remove their personalized view of the page at any time by clicking on the "Welcome <user>" button (in the top right corner of the page) and selecting "Reset Page Content". If other people are able to see the personal view of your user, that means that she has modified the shared view. You may need to modify this view to undo her changes.Andre Galitsky, MS-Certified SharePoint Administrator, Lexington, KY -- My SharePoint Blog: http://www.sharepointnomad.com

You could try the following: 1. Grant the user Full control access to the site. 2. Log in as the user and remove/modify items in the page view that are specific to her personal view. Be carefulto avoidmodifying the shared view items - if you click on Site Actions > Edit Page, you'll be modifying the Shared view. 3. Log out. 4. Remove Full control access for this user. The actual issue was inside a web part. A runtime exception was happening while retreiving data for that particular user. How I found was1. I removed one web part by one from the shared view of that page and asked the user to refresh page after each removal.2. I found a particular web part was causing issues.3. i verified the web part code and found the list used by it4. corrected / removed the data 5. Added the web part into the page again and asked the user to refreshThat resolved the issueBottomline: Proper exception handling in a web part code could avoid some nightmares of MOSS Admin :)
