in discussion bord how to hide replayes
first i have requirment in my company to create somthing in sharepoint like this:
diractor manger will start question and send it to manger under him ( let we say this second level ) in this level the manger can rapley to diractor manger or send it to anothere one under him to take some information or answer.
so i think it is almost like a discussion bord but the problem now is the user in level 3 the one under the manger he must not see the diractor manger question becouse may be he answer a part of the question only not the full .
in simpl way i need to control priemassion in the rapleys how can i do this? Thanks for any help :) my blog is: http://www.waelk.com

Is this supposed to be "permissions in the replies" ?
Please also advise which SharePoint product you are asking about.

Hi,
According to your description, please give me more information about how you start question and send it. If
you do that in discussion board, I suggest you should cutomize ListViewWebPart. You can make use of ListViewWebPart.FilterString Property in order to filter the ListId that they can view their own question. For more information, please refer to this link:

HI,
I suggest you to define permissions at the individual item level in your discussion board in a such a way that it will be only visible to the desired person.
You need to break the permission inheritance for this.
I hope this will help you out.
Thanks,
