I created a package to deploy the r3 hotfix for clients. I have been trying to create a collection for machines that do not have the hotfix installed. I cannot seem to create a collection that excludes machines that already have kb977384 installed. Any help in creating that collection would be great.

Be sure to add the PATCH value to the setup windows and configmgr step in any task sequences you have as well. This ensure that your machiens are coming up with a R3 ready client when you are imaging machines. Here is a way to automate and enumerate any patches you have for OSD.
