Wow... that's a broad question. First place I'd start is myitforum.com. Join the SMS email discussion list there. Read as much as you can here too. I think windows-noob.com has some good videos. Download the pre-configured vhd and stick that in a lab. Take
a class, I recommend taking one from Kent Agurland of TrueSec but I'm kinda biased since I was the original author of that class the class that is now taught and authored by Kent. ;-)
SCCM is probably one of, if not the most complex product ever written by MS. You can do great things or very bad things with it. Just be careful and take your time and make sure you know what you are doing before you do it.
