Hi, Thanks to share your post. There are may be two possible causes for this issue: Firstly, in the tools->file types->select the type of the file (pdf, doc and xlw). In the advanced action, you may edit open, save or cancel. Secondly, you may try to change the settings in the IE setting: tools->internet options->advanced->browsing setting.
