persmissions on views of a access webapplication

I have build and published an access webapp to office 365 and a sharepoint 2013 platform.

The app is simple based on the old sharepoint situation:

- person A   add in one view items for 2 different clients.

a workflow copy this items to 2 separate lists.

both clients have the right permissions to see a list with there own items. and can's see other items or other lists.

I have build this in ms access 2013.  but I can only set permissons to the whole app.   not permissions for one form or view. What are the options to do this?

Thanks you, the link is always usefull, but not for my problem I think.

I can make groups for editing/viewing or owning.

But I'm looking for a solution that's not for the whole app, but per view, form or list in a app.
The app has 3 lists 1 for the admin and each client 1 separate list.  the client must not see each others list.

so not only a right issue but more a view/audience question.

(sorry about my poor englisch)
