Hi All, I have created a report with subreport feature. Subreports are in the same folder. But once the report is deployed to reporting service, subreports are saved in the different folder and its hidden. But when I try to preview the report, it says "Sub report could not be shown". Although I have selected sub report directly from the drop down box in BIDS, real path in the reporting service portal is /HIDDEN/SUBREPORTS/Reportname/ If I give that path, i can not preview it in BIDS either. can anyone tell me how to fix this please? Within BIDS, make sure the path is exactly the same and put the subreports there. Fix the hyperlink to the subreports to look exactly the same path on your server. Once you deploy them they will work.

There is no hyperlink in SSRS 2008 right?shamen
