Hi Karim You will need to uninstall SCCM from the old server and confirm that it has been removed from the hieracrhy before installing the secondary site again on the new server. If you have a lot of packages on the existing secondary site you could copy them over to the new server and use the PreloadPKGOnSite.exe http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8525 to repopulate all packages on the new secondary site server.
