Hi, Do you mean hide footnote in report footer? If so, please note that you cannot show/hide header and footer based on a report parameter. However, you can place a text box in your footer with your foot note and set the visibility property of the text box to show/hide based on the parameter. Something like the code shown below: =IIF(Parameters!ParameterName.Value = "Yes", FALSE, TRUE) Hope this helps!Shahfaisal Muhammed http://shahfaisalmuhammed.blogspot.com

Hi There AS Shahfaisal Unfortunately there is no work around to show/hide header and footer based on Expression I would suggest you to try raising a request on http://connect.microsoft.com/. However as Shahfaisal said, you can place a text box in your footer with your text and set the visibility property of the text box to show/hide based on the parameter but You need to keep in mind that regardless of whether or not the contents are visible, the space allocated to the Header will be allocated from each page of the report . Many Thanks Syed

if its a boolean, simply use: =iif(Parameters!FootNote.Value, true, false) -- if footnote true, then hide, if not showThink out of the box
