When I go right click/screen resolution i get this message:

Windows cannot find

'=(26EE068....(line of letters and numbers)....\Settings'.

Make sure you typed the name correctly,and try again

I have tried:several things and  failed with all of them

1)System Restore/and got message:

System Restore did not complete successfully.Your computer's files and settings were not changed

Details

An unspecified error occurred during System Restore (0x8000ffff)

and I had also BSOD(but that's old new because dump is related to BC 116...)

2)several restarts with all options under F8 menu with no results

Can you help please?
