Hi, I want to update a field in oracle table based on the selection of a sharepoint List item status. Can any one suggest is there any possibilities to connect to oracle database server.I tried by using oracle connection in sharepoint designer.But it is coming in designer only when loading the page it is giving error unknow error. I think if you cant connect your oracle database, there are many reason caused this. For example, your oracle database port is shut down or your user password is not right. So, first you should ensure your oracle database is working well.
