I need to write a report that is very similar to a checkbook register. It shows in chronological order deposits and withdrawals and it of course needs to have the right most column be a running total. This report is done on a date range so I have a dataset that pulls the sum of all deposit and withdrawal records before the date range to give a starting balance. Then I have a dataset that pulls all the deposit and withdrawal records sorted chronologically to put into a grid but how do I make that last column in this grid show that running total? Any help would be appreciated.
