Hi Frns, i want to publish software in add and remove programs, i am able do it, but it reqires admin rights to run it. 80% of users doesnt have admin rights, is there anyway to allow the software installation with specific account which as admin rights on systems? my intention is user should install the required software without admin rights. please help me with the steps.

When you pusblish(optinal adevrtisement) the advertisement to target computers,it uses the local system account to run the appliaction. BTW How are you setting the program properties ? run with admin rights or user rights ? If you look at program properties---environment tab---> you have options like run with administrative rights(whether or not user logged on) .This process will uses local system account to run the applications. yes Eswar, it worked, thank u. Almost all the packages i created withe "run with administrative rights(whether or not user logged on", it is working fine in XP machines, but it could not able to publish in windows 7 machines, do we need to change any settings .? please help.

Why does it not work? Is the advertisement received on Win7 clients at all or is it rejected ("wrong platform")? Is the program started (execmgr.log)?
