sp2 client package
I've upgraded to SCCM 2007 R2 SP2.Now when i origionally set this up I imported a package definition for the SCCM Client and then pointed the source to the client folder on the site server. What do I need to do now? I noticed the client folder seems to have been updated with new files so I updated the distribution points fro that package, however my windows7 deployment will not install the client in a task sequenceafter more investigation it seems the cause might be that the package does not have windows 7 selected as an OS that it can install on, so should I just add it here?Reason I'm asking is I did the import from package definition again and created a new packageand it still didn't have it checked so I'm wondering if this is just something you need to manually do?John Whites

Hi,You can just manually check the various Windows 7 versions in the program. I think it's a mistake that Windows 7 is not selected by default. I have just created a new client upgrade and see the same as you describe.Kent Agerlund | http://scug.dk/members/Agerlund/default.aspx | The Danish community for System Center products
